To enroll today, please take the following steps:

1. Print off, complete, and sign BOTH FORMS.

2. Mail to BCA (address enclosed)

3. Enclose check made payable to BCA. Once enrollment is processed no refund will be issued. Forms mailed without payment will be returned to you. 

Annual fee is based per family, NOT number of children.

$99 for families who enroll by May 31.

$124 for any family that enrolls by June 30.

$164 for any family that enrolls July 1 or after.
